La Clémence is managed by an experienced and competent Home Owners' Association (HOA). The HOA is made up of elected members, each of whom is a resident of la Clémence. Our residents can be confident that the HOA takes every decision with the best interests of the estate in mind.

The HOA executive committee comprises members who are responsible for one of the following specific portfolios, for which they have specialist knowledge:
